Mediocre hot chocolate. Tepid. Whipped cream looked and tasted like it was the dreg ends of the aerosol cannister as it was gloomy and not the proper frothy aerated cream. Felt awful in the mouth.

First of all the “new” hours that are printed on an A4 piece of paper stating 8am-4pm are wrong. Every morning this week they are not open at 8am. Since their manager left the new management have turned into a sad environment. No happy faces. Barley any stock. No conversation. Simply what drink do you want and that’s it. When told their milk was sour she said funny someone else said that yesterday. Maybe a good idea would be to change it then?? Myself and all my staff members used to go in everyday at least once. We now barley go in anymore as it’s just a horrible environment.

Paint peeling off the walls, empty and cavernous without atmosphere.. Very surprised such a miserable Costa exists in Henley. Felt sorry for the staff but even then, they weren't busy and the tables weren't clean or cleared. Rubbish left on tables. This was a Sunday.
Manager is a superstar! Unfortunately the premises needs TLC and staff often need to be over stretched

Had a really nice time at this branch of Costa and tried one if their bubble teas. Very refreshing ( I recommend you try these if you are not familiar with them !) We also had some short bread as well ! We were made most welcome by the staff serving !

Ordered chai latte with coconut milk and it was served in salt covered glass. It had white salt marks all over it and I just couldn't drink it. Asked nicely for another one and one of the ladies looked like she really can't be bothered but still made me another one, unfortunately this one was only luke warm. So third time lucky. It was nice and hot but again the glass tasted of salt. I didn't ask for another one just wiped one side of my glass to enjoy it. Maybe they just refilled their dishwasher with salt and over done it. Anyway I left at 4.30 and was going to come back as itsays on Google that they are open till 7pm but they shut at 5pm. Their working hours need updating

Nice clean venue..efficient staff and great coffee! What more can you say, for an enjoyable brief and welcoming break, after enjoying the delights of the town on the Thames!
