Beautiful cream tea and the staff are very kind.

I had a lovely lunch at the rooftop restaurant (handmade asparagus and ricotta tortelloni). The staff were attentive and friendly. Our waiter was Matheus and he was very helpful and efficient.

Friendly staff and good selection on the menu. In the summer I'm sure the outside seating would be a treat. Enjoyed the food.

The rooftop is a fancy place to come once in a while. As you can expect is a little bit pricy. We loved Matheus Rodrigues's service.

What a wonderful team. Renee and the Manager both offering true hospitality. Fresh scones made the cream tea. Don’t miss it!

Went for tea in the afternoon. We had reservations for 4pm. The views were amazing and the sandwiches & scones were good but service was abysmal. The waitress didn’t come and ask if we wanted a second round of drinks that were included in the tea menu, and asked us to leave at 4:50 because the restaurant was closing. She also refused to serve hot drinks when we asked at that time.

Brought a friend from Norway because of the view and because we didn't want to be hurried. Mathews was an attentive and charming host who deserves the 5 stars. We had the sausage and mustard mash - I found the mustard a little overwhelming. We each enjoyed our dessert although the eve pudding was tiny. It isn't cheap but you are paying for the location and ambience.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair but I don't do stairs. Had to ask about the lift.

A large party of us visited for afternoon tea. Great location. It was helpful to be able to pre pay on booking, this meant we were seated and served quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Would recommend and certainly visit again.

I would have given 0 stars. It has possibly been my worst culinary experience. Pheasant was as hard as marble, dry, not edible. Even puddings were terrible. What a disappointment!

Nice atmosphere and clientele.Shame about the staff. Waited around the front to be seated, took a couple mins (empty restaurant bar about 3 tables) finally someone came over - went to clean the big table for us to sit at the end (must've been a dirty cloth coz it was still incredibly sticky and had residue left (pictured). The people sat next to us (like us only ordering coffee and soft drinks) were seated and served after we ordered. They had completed their drinks before ours even arrived. After the customers next to us left and we had just got our drinks (2 flat white and 2 diet cokes) one waiter came over, threw a tray onto the table right next to us and got on his phone and then stropped off (turns out the other customers had made a mess) but to act as if other customers aren't there seemed very unprofessional. The staff have seemed more chatty with themselves as they collect the drinks being made, having long chats every time.Could be lovely but staff left a lot to be desired, unfortunately.

Very pleasant restaurant (indoors and terrace) with a view on the rooftops of buildings along Beaumont Street. Very relaxing sitting on the roof terrace, especially when it's nice weather.
