I visited the outlet at the covered market because I’ve loved Ben’s cookies! The staff was so rude. The girl who was on duty on 17.02.2024 at 3pm ish spoke so rudely, in a way, she looked down at me, for reasons obvious which I do not want to spell out here. Your staff member has to pull her out because she was shouting at me for requesting to give me a warm cookie. This is outrageous. Please choose your staff carefully. I will never visit Ben’s cookies again - thanks to the girl who made my experience horrible. All I asked was for a warm cookie - she was rude to the point that she raised her voice !

The worst staff I’ve ever spoken to. I specifically asked for a dark chocolate cookie as they removed it fresh from the oven. The girl who was on shift on 17.2.24 argued back and raised her voice when I told her my cookie was not warm. I specifically pointed out which one I wanted. She was so rude to me, and she fought with me. This kind of behaviour is highly condemned. Looking down upon your customer and more so raising her voice is outrageous. Please contact me.

Loves this places I wish I can get more but I had leave the cookies are top notch I recommend going early and getting the cookies fresh and got or you might not have huge selection of flavors but the staff are kind and when I left oxford I went London to get more because these cookies were so delicious I gave a 0 star atmosphere because there isn't any place to sit down and I have to say the atmosphere wouldn't so much since just the cookies are too enough I was walking for while but the cookies never broke and it was so soft and chocolate I have say I can't recommend any flavors since you choose you think sound nice and they taste so good ?

Ben’s cookies was a stunning spot of my Oxford trip! I arrived Covered Market in the afternoon and felt a little bit tired, in terms of, I was looking for my afternoon tea. While I gave a bit of Ben’s cookies, it’s so fantastic with melt-in-mouth chocolate and soft texture, which really made my day! Don’t miss it while you visit Oxford. If one piece is not enough, do’t bother, get the second one!

For those who like it, the cookies were good but the tastes and the colors… the only bad point comes from the young person who served us, unfriendly, not a smile. We were on vacation from Australia, we won't be coming back!!

Arrived at oxford branch after driving over 100 miles as partner loves these cookies and we live in the midlands. Arrived at 15.40 on 06/01/2024 (A Saturday by the way) with shutters closed. Staff member lingering not outright informing us they had already closed despite opening times stating open until 17.30. We stood picking the cookies we wanted off the board and then partner seen the staff member placing the sign of closure on the window. When I then asked was rudely and very abruptly told "yh, we're closed!" In a very aggressive manner. Store time states open until 17.30. Arrived nearly 2 hours prior to this and having drove a great distance just for these cookies, having paid in fuel, time and parking just to be spoken to like a moron. Absolutely disgusted by service and shocked given I have never tried these cookies and partner has always had a brilliant experience and rates ben's cookies very highly. An absolute horrendous first time experience and a waste of my time and money in return for nothing but dissatisfaction and disrespect.
