It was easter kids go free offer. Although initially welcoming, exiting and surprised (to find an x-box at the table for the kids to play with), the actual food was really not nice (super greasy, unhealthy, burned and substituted) and it was still too expensive. Shame but won't go again.

Been to BrewDog in Oxford before, but this time the service was subpar. The staff had a booking for us on their sheet, but showed us to some one else’s table. Food was quite late and wait staff checked the food elevator inconsistently, so it had been sitting there for some time. No cutlery on table (had to hunt around ourselves), no toilet paper in the loo (although not particularly busy and staff sitting around. Could have been better.Vegetarian options: Seitan wings were tasty

Can’t get over how awful this was. Smells like drains. One guy on the bar has no clue, not his fault but other staff too busy rolling a cigarette to help him. Beer took 20 minutes because of some kind of gas change. Ice looked it was in a mop bucket. I like the beer but not coming back (unless REALLY drunk). I used to like it here.

Had a lovely time. The staff were so attentive and accommodating to my allergy requests. Food took a little while to come out but was very yummy.Dietary restrictions: They had an allergen menu but were happy to modify dishes for me as wellParking: Parking in the Union st car park behind Tescos is closest. It was full so we had to park at st Clements car park and walk the 10 mins to it.Kid-friendliness: They were nice to my son and got a blanket and a high chair for my daughter.

Popped in for a beer and food . Regular chicken wings £11.45 and you only get 7 wings ? I Had to check that he didn't give me the small portion . The small portion is on 4 wings . Better off nipping in to KFC ?

We went to Brewdog in Oxford, there were 7 people in our party. We opted for wings Wednesday, the table booking was from 7.15pm to 9.15pm. at about 7.45pm we received 2 portions of wings, which obviously left 5 people in our party without any. My partner went to the bar about 8pm and asked where the other wings were, he was told 'i've already brought 2 portions out' clearly she hadn't seen or computed that we had ordered 7 portions of wings. About an hour after first arriving the rest of the party received their wings. Topping up of wings was extremely slow, and the lady who served us clearly didn't want to be at work and had no people skills whatsoever. Luckily another lady took over our table service who was far more approachable and nice. All in all, we took family members there promising them a fab experience (we had a fab one prev and love Brewdog) however we were very disappointed by the slow, uninterested service.Parking: One small parking (paid) near Tesco's

Went in late after a meal out Angus and Chris were great even though close to closing took the time to talk us throw the choices and gave recommendations on our tastes. Went for black Hart and hazy Jane but could leave without a Try of the 11% higher ground. Not convinced it's like drinking port while licking a

Will not be returning. The service, whilst polite and friendly, will happily overlook you if waiting at the bar for service in order to serve others and if you do order food, when it comes to the table the order will be wrong. The food itself was at best average. Had to send it back because the order was wrong and when it did get to the table it wasn't even warm. The best I can say is the drinks are good, and the atmosphere was great so this place is better for grabbing a drink or two with friends. Even then there are better places in Oxford, with better quality food and service.

Whoever was in charge of the playlist was killing it tonight

A really disappointing visit to this Brewdog bar having visited many others across the country. Part of the Brewdog experience is the opportunity to taste test a number of different brews on offer so imagine our disappointment to turn up, having booked first, to be told that all the pumps were off and there was nothing to buy other than a few cans and bottles in a nearby fridge!!! Even though we had pre booked (for the burger offer) no one seemed to either know or care. As we had our dogs with us we decided to stay and have to say that the food was good, but since when do you order burgers and have to also order extra portions of chips????? All in all, as Brewdog fans and customers this was the most disappointing visit and a real let down.

It's a shame that this brewdog let down the franchise. There were a few problems. After ordering the food through the online service we were told that the table was actually reserved and we had 40 mins to eat and leave. This is hot garbage of service. Also the end of the spring onion was served on our wings (universally thrown away, pictured) nd the chicken was poorly bled (a sign of cheap cuts, also pictured). We ordered bottled drinks that were not opened and had to return them to get them opened. A perfect example of how managers are not to blame as the menu was good, but the staff were poor.
