We ordered a curry Friday night, 17/11, my chicken Bhuna was spilt the lid was caved into the tray and it had leaked everywhere causing a mess but my main concern was the chicken, it tasted very odd and hard, which is interesting to read similar reviews on here about the chicken. I've never tasted chicken like it and so I'm pretty sure this is what has caused the bad stomach the following day and even my partners. The sauces themself were nice but wasn't at all spicy which it should have been a little. Delivery via deliveroo was on time.

Sorry to do this, as the service went above and beyond when they slightly messed up the order (only very slightly) and usually the food is great. But this evening, well it was vile. The chicken tikka, was unedible - literally so hard I could barely bite through it, the first tiny bit I did manage to eat had a really odd taste to it. I can't stress how wrong this is, to serve meat like this. I couldn't ever order from here again now, so so bad. Please investigate what happened to this chicken.

Well its just a take away delivery restaurant , first impression no one in the restaurant for service , have to knock kitchen then the manager came out , said he got lots of delivery order , ordered lamb biryani which came with mix veg curry , surprised asked for seprate raita , curd given with 2 slice of cucumber felt like someone making joke with my food , restaurant owner said i am selling this at the name of cucumber raita from last 25 years , i surprised people selling indian food and dont know difference between plain curd and raita , BRAVO , biryani no it was not even biryani just a pulao with over oil and very chewing mutton pieces , its really tough to find good indian restaurant in uk as most of bangladeshi people opened indian restaurant who even dont know how to cook proper indian food , poor service , poor food , had to ask for bill and even for mouth freshner too , just making the business doesnt matter customer is happy or not , doesnt matter customer love there food or not .

(-UK reviews)I Cannot complain on value for £….BUT the Biryani has tasted of that OLD chicken for years & that frozen curried mix vegetables is getting boring now.Please change oils/food soonerI guess it’s OK for Rose Hill but that food needs a bit more life to it ✔️.Eat Half plate and left it …Kind regards

After placing an order on Monday evening I was waiting to hear from them, they say 5-10 minutes, 30 minutes past and I could get hold of them, so I drove to the restaurant to find they were closed! Another 30 minutes later I received a message letting me know my order had been cancelled. On the other hand I tried a different place and enjoyed it very much. Cafe spice, update your opening times on google and maybe don’t accept orders if you are closed.

Ordered a delivery on saturday night, everything was nice and fresh - salad , onions, poppadums, chicken tikka, samosas - very impressed! Nothing oiley, nothing dry and burnt and everything i ordered - I got!!! Good portion size on the tikka too! Thank you!

Great food but have to be knocked down because they tell you 25 mins on collection 42 mins I'm still waiting for my food.....and it's like this every time, if you rate it just on the food it's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow! First time ever trying this place! So so impressed! From the ease of ordering….to arrival literally of minutes within suggested time. Delivery driver was lovely and followed all instructions. Food was amazing! Definitely 5* rating.Can’t wait to order again!Not to mention the cheeky freebie’s!Xxx

Ordered chicken tikka masala and a prawn pathia to eat in. Shared a garlic naan bread and pilau rice.The chicken tikka masala was full of desecated coconut and the prawn pathia wasn't sweet and spicy.Two cams of coke and an uncomfortable conversation with the chef and all the staff about what our dishes should consist of we ate in an uncomfortable silence before being charged £36.00I'm not normally one for review's but feel robbed and truly disgruntled by the experience.
