They gave us less than we paid for and promised to make it up on the next order (confirmed by 2 members of staff), so I placed a next order paying more so they could add what I’d paid for before- they didn’t give it and then didn’t pick up my calls after either.

AWFUL. the service is terrible. Every single time we have ordered they forget items and then when we call they act like they couldn’t care less. They are an embarrassment of a business, can’t even complete a simple order.When we asked for replacement items they said no they’re “too busy”

Ordered on Uber eats but food never arrived - called and was told the delivery driver has called me 7 times total lie as had my phone with me and on at all times, said they’d send the order out again. 5 mins after talking to them got a cancellation notification form Uber eats so call again - the melt who answered the phone told me the imaginary delivery driver had showed him on the Deliveroo system (I used Uber eats) that they called me 7 times and they would only send the food again if I paid a delivery charge. Never again - bunch of charlatans!
Food is perfect only problem is I’m allergic to egg so I state in the message when I order from them no mayonnaise and they stick mayonnaise in side my burger and then when I call up they say there add the meal on my next delivery witch is disgusting behaviour because I order food that day I expect it that day and when i state my allergy they should stick to it not smother my burger in mayonnaise there lucky I didn’t report them for this because if I took a bite god knows what would have happened

I ordered grilled chicken wings meal and my chicken was pink inside and when you chewed it you could tell it was still raw.So you know you can kill someone with raw chicken?! This is appalling! I want my refund! I called the shop and they said they can’t do anything as they can’t re deliver. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the person who answered told me the supervisor is arriving after 1am after the store shuts and I should raise it with Uber eats and then hang up on me. I tried to call again and my call was ignored.
