When we went to order, there was only 1 person working, then a bunch of people turned up and another person made sure orders were put through effectively, so props to the staff there!Burgers were on point, totally well decent scran.. two medium fries was like half a sack

The grilled cheese sandwich was very good in taste. But ordering online is a mess, especially when you order a large amount. The fries looked dead and soggy also didn't taste good. The packaging was not at all good. Everything just spilled out. The fries were served in paper cups.

Having been to a number of 5 guys, this was a disappointment. Food was cold and took a while to get the order understood. Even then it wasn't quite correct.Not the usual standard of a 5 guys restaurant.

This is only my second ever Five Guys burger and they are indeed, a thing of beauty! I went for a cheeseburger with bacon in almost every possible extra. The burger itself tastes, so home-made and the patties, bacon, onions and mushrooms combined is tastebud Nirvana!Next time, I’m definitely going to say no tomato as you do not need sogginess in there!Very expensive, but definitely a treat rather than just fast food !
