Franco Manca in Oxford provided an unforgettable dining experience for my family. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for a delightful evening. The restaurant's rustic charm added to the welcoming atmosphere. The star of the show was, without a doubt, the pizza. Each bite was a burst of flavor, thanks to the fresh, high-quality ingredients and the expertly crafted sourdough crust. Whether it was the classic margherita or the more adventurous options, every pizza exceeded our expectations. The simplicity of their menu allowed us to focus on savoring each dish without feeling overwhelmed by choices. The staff's attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We were served by Anna. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Moreover, their efficiency ensured that our food arrived promptly, allowing us to indulge without any unnecessary delays. The family-friendly environment at Franco Manca Oxford was another highlight of our visit. Despite the restaurant's popularity, it maintained a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including those of our youngest family members, ensuring that everyone had a memorable dining experience.Overall, our dinner at Franco Manca Oxford was nothing short of exceptional. From the mouthwatering pizzas to the impeccable service, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. We left feeling satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit to this culinary gem. Highly recommended for anyone in search of a delicious and welcoming dining experience in Oxford.

The pizzas were a little dry and quite sparsely topped. There were more unusual toppings than the normal classics. It was okay but not a highlight.

Pizza was okay, service was rushed but the guy was very pleasant and friendly. Prices are fair for what you get. One pizza needed a lot more toppings, it was half empty, the other one was ok. Cheese quality could be a bit better. There was no music, not sure why.

One of the best pizzas we had outside of Naples - highly recommended!

A thoroughly underwhelming experience. Visited with my daughter for the first time and likely the last. She is celiac and ordered appropriately. When the pizza came up it was not as ordered and had to be sent back. What arrived was a watery mess which we refused to pay for which to be fair was accepted. My pizza rather stodgy and tasteless. The restaurant was haphazard and I did feel for the manager as clearly understaffed.Much better pizzas around unfortunately and wont be back.

Pizza was amazing. The dough was much different than in other italian restaurants.

We've had pizza at a couple of their other branches and they never disappoint. You can't go wrong eating at Franco Manca's. If you want delicious, hot, fresh, wood-fired pizza, choose Franco Manca's. We ordered the #10 pizza with added chorizo and the #7 with added kalamata olives, the burrata with N'duja and a few sauces. It's far different than non-wood fired pizzas and I'd completely recommend eating in-restaraunt. Wood-fired pizzas are the kind that need to be eaten fresh in restaurant for the full delicious experience. On that note, nevertheless, if you want pizza, give it a try, you can't go wrong.

The best place to taste Pissa at Oxford. Friendly staff and quick service. Food is delicious and value for money. No any reservation required but full and busy. You won't have difficulty in finding a chair to dine. Best location and decent crowd. There is wash rooms for ladies and gents. Hot and delicious food served fast. Worth the visit and value for money.

Excellent service, and the best quality pizza I have eaten at ANY of their branches, by a mile. I asked for double extra cheese and I got exactly what I asked for unlike at another of their branches in London. Highly recommended; the gentlemen in the kitchen are brilliant at their job. I will be be going back

Overall 4.5 stars Okay sourdough pizza?! I saw this spot accidentally and decided to try it because I absolutely love, I mean love sourdough bread, now when I realized they made sourdough pizza I had to try this spot, and I was glad I did! The pizza was interesting, good interesting, the sourdough was chewy, and delicious. I would try to get a basic pizza next time (tomato sauce and basil and see how that goes); the chicken with potatoes pizza was not a good combo in my opinion but that's just me. The sourdough was so good so I decided to give it a 5 stars. Their tiramisu was unique, not that good but not bad either. For this I would give the spot a 4 stars Their customer service was excellent - 5 stars Interior is cute, bright, inviting - 5 stars Overall 4.5 stars for the unique experience and food :)
