I had a four night stay. My room was very clean and of a decent size.The reception staff were helpful and friendly.We did not eat in the restaurant other than for our included breakfast, but the food and service was very good. Good to see that the staff levels were increased when the hotel was busier so the standards of service and cleanliness were met.Very nice hotel

It's ok if you don't mind driving everywhere. there's not a pavement outside to leave the place so at night time it's a bit

My husband came to attend a course at the hotel and I came along with our toddler for a break in Oxford. It is a beautifully renovated holiday inn. Staff are so helpful and responsive. Special mention to Sarah on reception. Breakfast was tasty and had all the expected elements including hot food and cold buffet. Jacqui at breakfast was a wonderful host and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and attended to. Service felt very 5 star, considering this is a holiday inn with a more budget friendly reputation I have been very impressed with the standard of the hotel. We would certainly book again.
