“We enjoyed the creative and delicious food so much that we ate here twice during our 5-day stay in Oxford. The waitstaff were mostly helpful and friendly. One or two had a negative attitude. They confused our 4-person reservation and booked us into a 2-person table, then they were annoyed that they had to find a larger table to seat us.”

“Absolutely loved the food. The kimchi rice is beautifully flavoured. The manager is very kind and polite. We come here regularly for fresh food. The portions are worth the money. I wish there will be more franchises open in Oxford.”

“Soulful food. Warm, homely, comforting.
Ordered their katsu chicken curry and grilled chicken ramen. Both were good. Large portions. Came with some salad on the side.
I found the dishes here to be mild and subtle, catering well to the British palate. Not sure if this is the most authentic version but it's a great spot for those who prefer a gentler introduction to Japanese cuisine.”

“Serves delicious Japanese food on their own terms; menu is limited dependant on the day and the dining area is a large front room. Food is excellent and worth the wait and restrictions.”
