It needs a lot of tlc. More importantly, the staff NEED to work on their hygiene and the way they handle food. The individual who made up the wraps and burgers clearly had a cut on his finger, and his hands did not look clean.Clean gloves and, of course, washed hands would have made a big difference. Any food service has to be done carefully.The food was OK, and the outlet itself could do with through clean.
