Cleaner is racist. She told us second floor was closing and told us to leave ( just only us). Meanwhile, other customers were eating. We just silently eating our chicken in the corner.

On 17 Dec 2023 around 6.30pm , after we ordered the chicken and chips . my friend 40 years old woman . and I am 60 years old woman , we both were needed go to toilet . Near the till,there has a female dark skin staff ..she wouldn't open the door for us go up to lady's toilet. Until we have to raise up our voice 2 times. This female staff was unwillingly touch the button, in order the electric lock is opened, then we can push the door and be able to go to toilet.She was so rude to us . we are as customers.

Absolutely shocking service from the old cleaner, she virtually assaulted a member of our party. Trying to contact anyone in impossible apparently they have no idea how a ringing phone works!

The food was OK the place was not very clean as tables wanted cleanedWheelchair accessibility: All the tables to eat is upstairs there is one table in the window down stairs if there is someone sitting there my sister is disabled in a wheelchair so we don't go there there should be a lift to go upstairs so it's not accessible for disabled people

Delicious, fast service. At least for 15 years, this place hasn't been updated , and a refurbished will do. And no toilets were available for customers .
KFC has been improving since i came. It is not as good as the KFC in Spain for example but, the new reformulated fries have made it a step closer.Kid-friendliness: They do have kid meals all the time

Had to wait 20 mins for food as all staff were preparing online orders. Loads of people waiting for food and no one was preparing shop orders. Bad management, split your staff, half on shop customers and half for online

Dikke scam hier. Had eten bestelt met zon apparaat ik rustig betalen staat er ineens error, uiteindelijk geen eten gekregen en wel 10 pond kwijt.
