One of the KFC staff (looks old) eating food and came to give order without hand washing and leaking his fingers continually. I saw it was lacking Hygiene and unprofessional behaviour from kfc staff.

I’ve just had this insult of an order delivered from Cowley Road KFC. Not only did the order get smashed up by the delivery driver causing gravy carnage but apparently KFC have switched to using quails instead chickens, all of the pieces were this size.

The most dry chicken I have ever had from a kfc. Ordered on the app, made a £40 order which was mostly inedible despite trying to drown it in gravy. No where to make a complaint because of ordering on the app. Don’t bother!

I had ordered three dips along with chicken wings and paid for them, but the dips were not sent to me and the store did not compensate me, neither returned my money nor sent the dips again.
I am sorry to write this review. But,the kfc I ordered today was below the standards. Small chicken piece and very cold.It resembled like steamed chicken. Absolutely ashamed to call this item as kfc. Moreover I was billed for Pepsi bottle .But item was not delivered.

I ordered from here on Uber eats this guy named hanis didn’t deliver my food he delivered it on the wrong place I am in the hospital and I told him to come to the hospital reception and he left it somewhere else they are rubbish do no order online from them 0y71am0 he is rubbish and he was didn’t have manners and he didn’t understand I am patient and he didn’t wait I am coming and take my food he is stupid man
