Keep on driving. Watched the guy at the counter gather the orders. The number of times his bare hands make contact with the food was astonishing. He also put his fingers inside the cups. The food wasn’t marked appropriately so distinguishing between meals was practically impossible.

WhAATTT IS THIS ??? So ive been to almost every service station in the UK and ive had my fair share of KFCs but this one my god , it was ready literally a minute after ordering staff really friendly , i take the box thank the guy and go and sit down , the chips perfect temperature , seasoned very nicely , the chicken fillets were absolute perfection honestly best KFC ive had yet its actually restored a little faith in the chain if you are about i can truly reccomend

Food was bad, we wait 40 min for food, my daughters trow up in about 1 hour I have 2 days stomach cramps... Never dinning in that place ever

Lovely modern services with pretty much everything you need and a great atmosphere to do it all in too... unfortunately no COSTA, just Starbucks, which ain't our favourite, but the seating there is open plan and we found it really comfortable and clean too....also got my cracked screen protector fixed for £14.99 there while I visited the loo and it came back like new ?Parking in June 2023 was absolutely fine, busy of course but got a space without any hassle.Best bit of the Services layout is if you have to leave the west bound M40 to head off to the A40 Oxford way, at the exit just before reaching the Services, you can still access them from the A40 which is huge bonus and cleverly thought out by the planners.This is a Motorway Services that we'd always look forward to stopping at... just needs to change to Costa and then it'd be perfect !?

Hmm. On the good side, the food was good.I visited many times before with similar expierience It was one to many. I was surprised to get a nice meal after questioning the staffing level and order system. I left my card in the car but had cash in my pocket. At the till, I was ignored by the staff who were busy to prep orders from machines. Meals were ordered at the machines and deliveries were clearly prioritized while I was left waiting. After trying to catch their attention for minutes and being passed by several times, I asked to be served. The staff was rude and abrupt. One skinny, tallish, bearded guy sent me to the next-door Burger King ? and refused to take my order when I expressed concern about discrimination against cash payers. It was a horrible experience, especially after a long day at work and sitting unusually long in the traffic. They need more staff. Pay more to people, and they will come and work. You have a prime location with massive turnover. I will not choose this branch again. Despite the tasty food, time is valuable, and waiting in line is a waste of it. Got myself a sandwich from the store and had enough time to write this review. 5 given for a nice taste. 4 lost for experience.

It's a general KFC. Service is slightly slow but it's usually very busy. The seating could be cleaned more often as they are sometimes dirty. Otherwise all good.
