Lovely little coffee shop.Apparently Thursday is donut day and so we were lucky to be there today. We had one cinnamon donut and one tiramisu donut. Both yummy. Two lattes which were also excellent.Friendly service. Is not cheap but very pleasant and would recommend.

Love this place, the coffee is amazing, great selection of excellent savory's and cakes, with perfect service, great pace to go for a coffee and cake, and relax while enjoying it. also has a great selection of there own coffee beans. Well wort a visit.

Had previously visited last year and staff was very friendly and efficient but yesterday’s visit was a disappointment. Very humid inside to the point where the sugar was soggy. Not the friendliest staff and started clearing things away and made us feel rushed the minute the clock hit 4. We were going to leave anyway, and as a former barista I sympathise with wanting to finish the shift as quick as possible, but could have made a bit more effort to be less in your face about it. Also didn’t acknowledge when I said said thanks and bye. Will not return.

What can I say - easily the best coffee shop in town. These guys know how to make exceptional coffee.Staff are always so welcoming and very friendly, pastries are divine, I can highly recommend the plain croissants which are beautifully flaky. The only negative is that you will forever feel slightly let down by coffee bought elsewhere! It's also a perfect spot to sit in and enjoy your coffee so don't rush off, it's somehow always perfectly cool on a hot day or warm and cosy on a cold day. Enjoy

We got given a subscription box for Christmas from some friends. Unfortunately it didn’t work in our coffee machine. We emailed head office but to no avail so we went to the botley branch. The staff were cheerful, pleasant and a huge help. They tested our coffee in their machine and said it was a little too fine. They didn’t want us to go without coffee over Christmas though and helped us out with a little something. Early in the new year, I still hadn’t heard back from head office though, so I messaged again and got a response. They said they would replace them for us but they were unable to grind it to the same specification as botley. They told us we would have to take them to botley to grind… bearing in mind we live in Bicester… it was a bit of a downer to it. We have just been back in the botley branch though and they seemed a bit shocked that we were told to do it that way but they were willing to help us out and ground up all 6 bags for us and resealed them. 5 stars for the guys in the botley branch for being absolute hero’s. If we didn’t live further away we would be back often but either way we both highly recommend.

I love this place. Great sandwiches and pastries and wonderful coffee served by Kyle and Ollie .As good as a coffee shop in Melbourne and there is no higher praise than that.
