Arrived to the restaurant when it was semi busy , got seated at the table straight away, ordered food , waited over a hour , had to remind them 3 times about my food , how long it will take. Had to go and ask for cups because there haven’t been taken out to us.Food arrived around 1hour 15min since ordered .When the food : Chips were cold and felt oldChicken was dry and coldComplaint about my food and my girlfriends.Had to wait another 20min before they brand us new portions.On the 2nd attempt food was alright , Hot and freshly cooked , chicken slightly over cooked for me dry inside

I came here on 29th of March 2024 in the afternoon for a bite to eat, and we was seated within 5 minutes and ordered via the QR code. A long while goes by and I had to ask for the cups for our drinks as if the staff had simply forgotten about us. We had our drinks, and came to realise there was only 2 or 3 sauces all in hot, no extra hot or medium etc. The sauces were dotted around the restaurant as tables simply hadn’t been cleaned. So yet again, we had to look around and help ourselves to the sauces since the staff aren’t capable of cleaning tables and putting the sauces back. One hour goes by and we ask for an update on our food after we was kindly ignored by one waiter, and was told 5-10 minutes. Another 15/20 mins go by and our food arrives stone cold. Why have we waited an entire hour for our food to arrive cold, the chips were soggy as if they’d been left out for ages. We asked for a new meal, and the woman who took our food back didn’t have the most apologetic attitude. We won’t be coming back here.

Another great meal here. Great choice of food and drinks. Easy to use ordering system at your table or at the counter. Really great choice of marinades and sauces. Quick friendly service. We have never had a bad meal at Nando's anywhere.

Hi went to eat in nando's on Westgate and Yakelin was really kind and helpful.The staff came various time to ask if everything was ok and that made me feel careful.I will come back for sure.

Was a little busy and loud and they burnt the first chicken a little this time and the second chicken wasn't cooked slowly for long, they don't do that usually but I think they messed up because it got busy?
