The Moo pie was absolutely amazing. I ordered it with the mash and the gravy and it was really nice. Super good value. I have to say better than some pies i’ve had back home so Aussie approved. Harneek and blu were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

The Pieminister in Oxford’s Covered Market was awesome! We ordered two pies, the Heidi and the Mooless Moo. They were both excellent. Devon was an EXCELLENT host, patiently explained how to maximize our experience, and with his help, we did!

The manager at the OxfordStore is inappropriate when speaking to her staff especially in front of customers almost to the point of rude. Telling a staff member he cannot have extra shifts because another staff member is cheaper. I found her to be aggressive in her manner. It’s a shame as the front of house staff are all very nice and friendly.

First time trying an English pie and I loved it. We had the steak and stilton and chicken and mushroom with mash, crispy onions (DELISH!) peas and gravy. 100% recommend for those looking to experience English food and I’d definitely come back again. The staff was kind and friendly, the ambiance was relaxed and even though there was a queue it moved rather quickly.

Great choice of fillings and sides. The pie was delicious as well as the creamy mash. And the price was very reasonable looking at the portion! Loved it!

Brought my family here to try these pies and total price was very highPies themselves were okay, liked the variety of fillings offered but very pricey for a meal which some were still hungry after.Recommend buying a few as a snack/trying them out first not as a full lunchThey should really have signage of the seasonal pies too, even if its on the windows as customers only know when queuing up, and it's very rushed to then change orders

Not recommended!!! ????The staffs were rude and took the wrong order, then raised her voice and argue with us while we just asked a simple question of the order politely. We got told not allowed to sit indoor when the restaurant was almost empty, with plenty of seats, right after they asked “sitting in or take away?” ?‍♂️I feel sorry for the owner hired such a pair of rude unprofessional staffs to ruin the business. I won’t consider return back until they change staff, as this pair is totally untrainable.Be aware and keep away from them!

To take a seat, you have to eat in!!Staff not overly attentive or friendly and not very customer focused. If you want a coffee, just go somewhere else nearer instead.

We turned up at about 2.30pm on a Saturday - admittedly a bit on the late side - to find nearly everything had gone. But we all got something to eat with the exception of one of us, who had a terrible mustard allergy. We asked if they had an allergy menu to be told it was online. But we couldn't get any signal there, and that appeared to be that as far as the staff were concerned. I would have thought, in this day and age, a simple A4 with the allergens in each pie wouldn't be too much to ask for.

Cool place but the staff seemed a bit grumpy and while the food was very tasty it could have had a bit better

I saw Pieminister listed on a website of gluten-free friendly restaurants in Oxford, and decided to visit. The food is very good. The restaurant itself is quite small with long tables. The first server, a young (possibly American) man, was extremely polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the gluten free and vegan options and made sure the necessary precautions were taken to prevent cross-contamination. The second time, (and the last time), I visited was an entirely different experience. While the food was good, the server, a young blonde man, was extremely rude and nasty to some non-English speaking clients standing in front of me. He also made a rude jibe about someone using "double negatives" when speaking. I was disappointed to see the lack of professionalism and condescending attitude towards international guests. Overall, decent food, but watch out for the Pie-Professor if English isn't your first language!

First time trying filo pie, I wanted to say that I have tried normal pie in London, try something else. The result was surprisingly delicious! I forgot the name when I ordered it, but it contained goat cheese, spinach, lemon, and garlic. The skin was thin and crispy, and there were plenty of ingredients and vegetables. I recommend it to everyone.

Great quick and casual restaurant in the covered market. The vegan pies were enjoyed by both the vegetarian and the carnivore. Enjoyed the creamy mash and the mushy peas.
