My one (significant) complaint is the noise.
The music playlist is some sort of off-brand pseudo-pop which is hard to listen to (and usually even too loud to drown out with headphones). I imagine this is a requirement from corporate? The upstairs area where the customer bathrooms are is also loud. They must have some sort of staff-only rooms there because doors are frequently slamming. In sum, you'd need to find a lucky corner to find a tolerable noise level.”
