Stopped here on our way back to London, was really impressed by the professionalism of the member of staff on the drive in speakerphone.Also the member of staff who served us at the window was very friendly and helpful. Great experience, coffee as always from Starbucks was great, and the toasted paninialso hit the spot.

As others have said. Whilst the coffee is good some of the staff appear disinterested and indifferent to any reasonable level of customer service.
Nice coffee but the 3 staff behind the counter were more interested in chatting between themselves behind the till and no one acknowledged at all even though I walked up and down looking at all the food etc they just carried on talking, in fact another member of staff came out from the toilet and served me. Also when I used the toilet It was gross, the bin at the side of the loo was splashed with all sorts and thick in dirt. The whole room was filthy and grubby and made me question the hygiene of the whole store. Wouldn't visit again, I will go across the road to the actual services next time.

Sign on door stating masks required until seated. Forgot mask in car, having to go back to get. Once inside saw no one else was wearing masks or enforcing, including staff. Either enforce, and remove the mask requirement sign. Dirty toilets, slow unfriendly service, broken coffee machine (or maybe just didn't want to make a fresh black coffee). Went elsewhere.

It feels as though variance in quality of Starbucks is probably quite limited, but this one was pretty good. My server was very polite and cheerful, and the coffee was exactly as you'd expect it to be.

There were flies inside the cake area that's locked off to keep flies out! I told a staff member there and he tried to waft them away but didn't do a good job. Very poor cleanliness.

Friendly staff who had to warn those queuing that service was 'cash only'. OK for me but some had to leave. Coffee was nice but croissant had a 'yesterday's ' flavour. The coffee was hot and the snack was a welcome break after a long journey, consumed in the lovely sunshine.
Coffee tasted great. Good service. Easy and convenient drive through.\\n\\nJust a couple of grumbles... expensive for four drinks and cakes and I wish drive through's would have a menu board earlier than right at the ordering point!\\n\\nOh, and the largest drink only ever seems to fill half a cup.

This is the worse Starbucks in the world. The guy opening my tea bag with his bare hands first rubbed his nose then scratched his arm with his hand, then scratched himself with my opened tea bag. I wonder if they get any training at all in germs.
