A super cozy cafe next to the river. The terrace is wonderful with a few small tables to have a delicious coffee. The owner is charming and makes a delicious tortilla!!! The entire team is super friendly and smiling, it's a great place to start a good day :)

It is easy to miss when driving by in Oxford. One needs to walk to notice The Paper Boat Cafe. Searing is available outside next to the river. Nice setting with modern yachting themes. Lovely place.
