Booked for lunch. We ate a three course meal, which I can't fault. Staff, were attentive. Service was at the right speed, not too long waits and again time to relax between each setting.Finished with a coffee outside, nice to be able to sit outside, first time this year.

Good food, helpful and welcoming staff, in a traditional environment We booked online which was simple to do and were able to change arrangements easily A lovely family meal

England's Rose pub and bed and breakfast

Motorhome stop over. Made to feel very welcome on arriving. Pie night at the pub. Fantastic homemade pie and they were freshly made for the vegetarian!Would definitely recommend a visit!

The Rising Sun & Pad Thai Cuisine

Had a great experience on our first visit, for lunch. The food was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked, with generous portions. The barman was friendly and helpful and the food service was courteous and efficient. All topped off with a cosy roaring open log fire for a frosty January day. We will be back!

The Three Horseshoes

This is possibly the most dog-friendly pub we have ever been to. We pre-booked for Saturday lunch for six people with four dogs. Good job we did as the rest of the tables were quickly taken. At one point there were nine dogs in there. No problem for the pub. There is another bar, I am not sure what the dog situation is in there, so if you are dog-phobic, I would recommend contacting the pub in advance to see what the score is.Parking: Smallish car park for the size of the pub, but it looks possible to park nearby on the road

Old Nags Head

It is a pub. There are chairs and tables and pints and crisps and is what a pub is. It doesn't need or try to be fancy. It's a place where a working man can get a quiet pint after his day. It's a good pub.It is still a good pub. Go team pub!

The James Figg

Nice little spot in Thame for a decent roast dinner.... I had the beef, which was lovely. Although disappointed that they ran out of Cauliflour cheese as that would have made it complete! Would eat here again if I was passing by the area ?

I went there with a large group. There was plenty of room for us all (20 people). Decent beers available. We were made very welcome. I'd be happy to return.

The Old Red Lion pub and village shop

Delicious afternoon tea enjoyed in this quaint village pub. The service was friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and savoury bites followed by tasty cakes, scones and a little Eton mess. Please note that I strive to contribute my utmost effort in delivering high-quality cuisine at affordable prices. On my previous visits to this establishment, I have consistently encountered pleasant customer service and delectable, freshly-prepared dishes. While I typically have a penchant for curry and rice, I was pleasantly surprised by the delectable chips offered at this establishment, prompting me to indulge in them on three separate occasions. As such, I have made the decision to enjoy the fish and chips on my upcoming visit to Ox9.

The Six Bells, Thame

Amélie, Jen and Vanessa went above and beyond to make our first time In Thame the best ever. Having not known about the area before today, it was great to get recommendations on drink, food and places to to visit after we’d finished at this venue. If anyone decides to visit Thame, this should be your first port of call.

Abanico did a fantastic job for our end of the year team event. We opted for the 10 course Spanish tapas menu. The food was absolutely fantastic, and most of us went back realising how great Spanish food can be! Some of us were vegetarian and vegan and Carmen and her team ensured great options for them too. She even organized a tasting game for us through the dinner, which really elevated the whole experience to the next level. Lovely to see that not only they put a lot of effort in making their food,but also their coffee! Visited on a Friday morning for breakfast, lovely atmosphere , service and products! If you find yourself in Thame this is the only place to go hands down.

Greggs

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good range of products and the food is always tasty and well cooked. I have pre-ordered on the Greggs app from this store a few times now and my order has always been ready for collection at the allotted time. Can get very busy at times but this is testament to the service and quality at this Branch of Greggs.

The Swan At Tetsworth Restaurant

I'd say give it a go. It's not the swanky in place it was years ago, when I last went, but a nice pub food feel and an outside pizza oven. Not much choice of beer tho. Service good. Pub garden and nice inside.

Prezzo Italian Restaurant Thame

10 of us out for dinner including small children but we had a lovely table just out the way to accommodate us, the food was delicious and the service was lovely we even got a couple of free glasses as my partner liked them so much and the staff was kind enough to give him some. We will definitely be back.

Recently stopped off for a lunch fix.As expected the service was good and prompt and the food was great.I would certainly recommend this particular Subway for a bite to eat when on the move.

Bay of Bengal

Nice decor, bay of bengal etched plates - unique - not seen this at other restaurants.Food was good, ordered starters, main and side dish with rice or nan for £19.95 as part of their deal - well worth it!Service was good! Clean restuarant and w.c too.I will visit/eat here again if I'm in Thame again.

Harvest Moon Chinese

Hidden away down an alley. Worth looking for. Spacious, clean, good service and wide choice. Visiting so this was a local recommendation. Well presented, freshly cooked. Carry out facilities as well as eat in. Lots of customers which is a great advert.

Costa Coffee

I'm a fairly regular visitor to Thame Costa. They very kindly hosted a group I attended for a 6 week period before Christmas and we have since met there regularly every couple of weeks or so. It's lovely that they are supportive of such groups in our local community. Staff are always very polite, friendly and welcoming and drinks are always produced quickly. I don't tend to purchase food but have had the occasional cake which is always tasty!

Domino's Pizza - Thame

An absolute lifesaver as we were too late for our restaurant table (concert overran). Great service from the staff who made sure we got the best deal. Can't beat Italian food when you're looking for a vegetarian option (mine was a New Yorker).
