Excellent place to hire a meeting room for an all day meeting. We had lunch in the bar area and many teas and coffees were brought to our meeting room. The food was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were all arriving from different locations so it was such a bonus to be close to the M40 and have easy parking. We will return!

Small pub/village shop with really decent food and service. Very quiet location. Would definitely say againRooms: Small rooms but perfectly adequate which is reflected in the price. Definitely re-visit!Food & drinks: Food is absolutely second to none. All freshly cooked. The staff can't do enough for you in between running the village shop, bar and cooking.

Lovely pub and made even more amazing by Jacky who couldn’t do enough for us We didn’t have mains today but because of jacky we will be back to eat with the whole family very soon We had a quick drink and then chose to stay for a snack (cheesy and non cheesy chips which were excellent) Followed by coffee and always swerved with a lovely smile Everywhere very clean and welcoming Well done jacky ???

The accommodation was clean and was more than adequate for our requirements for a no-nonsense overnight stay. The owner was very welcoming and everything met or exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation recommending this venue to my friends.

The worst place for coffee. Wouldn't try to eat anything there. Been twice. Won't come back. Unprofessional service , really bad coffee. Not recommended.

Stopped here for breakfast as wanted to try it out as a potential venue for a bike meet. Friendly service, very tasty breakfast, great value and very filling. Also has a well stocked shop and provides accommodation as well as being a decent pub. All inclusive breakfast for £7.65

Extremely friendly staff; I had a lovely lunch here while waiting for weather to improve, for some photography in the local area. I hope to return sometime soon!

We used the Old Red Lion as a base for two nights as we toured the Chiltern Hills by bike (off road) for three days. This B&B has it all…..nothing was too much and we were so well accommodated. We were allowed to keep our bikes inside overnight to keep the secure. The B&B also has a pub and a village shop within it. The village shop is fantastic value for money and as a base for bike packing the location and facilities were perfect. Hot meals from the pub each night and cooked breakfast each morning and then off course snacks from the shop for the evening. From Tetsworth there is an off road or road route into the Chilterns over a few miles. The road route we originally avoided but then we realised the A40 is actually incredibly quiet for an A road and absolutely fine for cycling along. I would recommend this as a base if you were have a cycling trip too. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Super friendly staff for whom everything was no trouble. Great breakfast at a good price. Flat ground in the carpark - stayed with Britstops. It is very handy having the shop in the pub as we could stock up for the journey. Also it was great to see red kites really close up

Pleasant staff very helpful. Lovely outlook over village green. Evening meal when we arrived and breakfast before we set out again.
