One waitress in particular was dressed extremely inappropriately for a "kid friendly place". She wore a crop top, pierced belly button to show, long hair loosely held together by a hair clip. I could even see her bra color and the fact that this is allowed around kids makes me sick.I had tapas and not even 5 minutes after finishing the meal I had to run to the toilet as I got food poisoning from raw chicken and I'm PREGNANT...Also please avoid if you want to spend £40 for burnt hard food and a toddler that says she's hungry after we come out of the place. The picture is meant to be fish fingers...or fish rocks I'd say.

Loved loved loved this place. Our Grandson introduced us to this establishment. Just being back for a second visit.
Post Christmas gathering with a large group of friends. We prebooked the table and due to the large number were asked to provide food choices. This I felt wasn't an issue and only fair given the size of our party.From entering to leaving, the staff were very polite and helpful throughout. Providing colouring for the children and checking in making sure everyone had arrived before serving our food. Due to being in a large group we ordered our drinks separately via the QR code on the table, which worked better for us and did not hinder our experience.Nearly forgot the food! ordered the lounge breakfast which I enjoyed. Others had chosen the pancakes, lounge eggs, and the veggie breakfast. Which were all enjoyed.Thank you for a lovely experience!Parking: A range of parking nearby in Waitrose and near the church. Free for 3 or 4 hours

Having been here several times, the food is always good so can’t complain on that, however all the tables are covered in plates and glasses and staff appear to be chatting rather than clearing leaving us having to clear a table to sit down at . When greeted with food and drinks it is seems like we are not wanted there.

Joke of a place, every time you go there they warn of a long wait but turns out to be half the time they suggested. They just can’t be bothered with customers. Tonight they refused three families as they said it was a too big group (12 people) but would accept three tables of four?!? But again refused three separate tables!! If you are the owners of this place you need new management. They simply can’t be arsed to serve so discourage people wherever they can. This has happened multiple times now.
