This is my favourite place to have a coffee and bite when in town. I've just found out that Costa plans to close this branch. Sadly this will be the loss of a great store, great team and the perfectly situated coffee shop. Looks like I'll be reverting back to Nero!

The reason for the two stars. I have the luxury if being able to work anywhere. As long as I have my laptop, I can work.... but this branch unlike every other coffee shop has no plug sockets for customers to use, so after one coffee I left and went to your competitors. Such a shame as after moving this is my local costs and I've spent so much time working from your stores.

Every time I go to buy any coffee or something else I found the staff aren't be polite, don't saying to me thank you, they look to me very rude to me. The place sits area looks very dirty not clean and I see the staff standing for chatting each other and using their phone to text, so I see very bad service, I wouldn't use again. ???Vegetarian options: Yes there's vegetarian food but I didn't eat this time.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's wheelchair access.

Random visit for a hot chocolate drink and ham n cheese toasties. Hot chocolate was wishy-washy at best, pretty thin and very bland. 2/10 Toasties, as ham n cheese toasties go not bad, but still pretty plain. The old British Rail catering would have been proud. Cutlery (knives) came with the toasties, more finger prints on them than a CSI convention!

This was the worst ever breakfast I ended up with food poisoning extremely sick the same day not long after sorry to say won’t be returning the breakfast wrap was a complete disgrace and the coffee was awful

We can in to order a hot chocolate and the women was extremely rude has red hair got are Order wrong and when I corrected her she got rude and huffed at us then slapped are drinks down on the tray and stared

Closed again but website says open. I ordered a Too good to go magic bag for collection at between 4.30pm and 5.30pm but it was closed yet it was sold to me online. I knocked on the door numerous the guy wouldn't even acknowledge me even though he looked. Disgrace

Went in on Friday to get a hot drink, while waiting for my drink to be made went to use the toilet. When i walked in i felt like the toilets had not been cleaned recently or checked. I wasnt sure why there are napkins in the toilet roll holder instead of loo roll? Other than me feeling like the toilets havent been cleaned in a while and need some attention. The hot chocolate i ordered was good.

I arrived a little before 0800 which is the opening time, despite being on his own and still setting up the staff member dealt with me quickly and efficiently.Decent coffee, the store was well stocked and clean. Wifi and power points available in the cafe.
