Great food but you lose two stars why...you have to create an account to order online. After struggling with the website I called up.The website clearly says a 20% discount. We were told that is promotion on the website.Very misleading !Only get 20% if I create an account ????I has to pat £21 because I called up and collected so it its £2 extra not to create an account?

Certain dishes are fanominal but that's personal opinion buc can say their are others I believe are better brought elsewhere.

We have loved take-aways from Eastern Cusine for years, however under new management it has gone down hill. We waited 2 hours for our order, when it arrived, the food was cold and an item was missing. An item was also missing the time before. There are plenty of better take-aways available in Witney. They have lost our custom.

I’ve had Thai take aways from here quite a few times and theve always Been amazing! I don’t know what’s gone wrong but tonight’s take away was horrible! Soggy prawns and squid, so much spice it was bordering unedable. I don’t think I will be ordering again.
OMG how awful. Over an hour wait, ride on the phone when enquire, expensive. And, food isn’t nothing Thai! It’s a curry place, the food was cold, over-salted and disgusting. I am scared I will wake up with an indigestion. I don’t think this over greasy food was cooked in hygienic conditions. Never again. I’ll stick to Suwanna and the Cambodian restaurant next time. Grrr

Eastern Cuisine Witney Friday 13th turned into a takeaway nightmare. Our order arrived and the curry sauce for the Biryani honestly was swimming in grease and looked like dishwater. I took it back having to drive 5 miles to the premises as they refused to collect and rectify the order. On arrival was told mistakes happen - I showed the awful grease floating on what should have been curry sauce but looked like filthy dishwater. No proper apology and just told to contact just eat Took no responsibility whatsoever as if this is acceptable Shouldn’t be allowed to sell food

Ordered on just eat, very disappointed- Thai red curry chicken was so over cooked and hard couldn’t eat it and rest of food was cold. Curry had no flavour whatsoever. Will not be ordering again in a hurry!

Biryani was horrible.. chicken hard as rocks when tired it. Curry dripping in crease.. order came late so we was starving..tried to order chicken tikka masala and just plain chicken came. Menu not great to understand… whoever answered the phone wasn’t helpful either… I left notes for driver.. just choose to ignore them.. if I could give this place less than one star I would
