So, I've had a fair few McDonald's in my life and I can say that this is one of (if not) the worst restaurants I've been to. Firstly, as many other re-viewers have pointed out, the drive through is very busy, which means cars spill out onto the main road, this makes the area very congested.On almost every occasion whilst using the drive-thru, I'm told to park, which I'm normally not too fussed about. However, the car park is far too small, and in most cases there will be no available spaces, which means you will have to wait for someone to leave.Now regarding my orders, I find roughly every 2 out of 3 times that my order is incorrect, normally missing items or incorrect customizations. I always check my order before I leave, as it is damn right frustrating to find it wrong once when I've driven home.The food quality seems to me OK, but they are a bit skipish on the fries, especially large fries. I recommend ordering medium as in most cases, the large will be the same size.One thing strange about this place is that they are so tight on the pickles in their cheeseburgers,. I've attached a few images. Cant believe only 1 pickle. Ive been to a McDonalds in Banbury and their standard was 4 to 5 pickles.

Standard McDonald's menu. Relatively quick service. Polite staff. Only downside was that the food was not hot when it came, only warm. Suspect this is because of their production processes as we have had the same issue at other McDonald's outlets.

Very dirty, food on the floor. Tables dirty and littered. Food as usual for McDonald's, service quick and efficientParking: Too small and impacted entrance by the drive through queues. Not helped by access road shared with gym and garage.

We ordered from the car park and waited. The staff member who brought our food out was very polite and apologised as we were waiting for roughly 25mins for our order. We did actually check we had ordered from the right restaurant!! Positive slant the food was lovely and piping hot!!Parking: Car park is not big enough for this busy restaurant and drive thru. Feel sorry for the staff because they risk their lives delivering food to parked cars!!
Absolutely useless people working here! Can’t even send out a proper order. Forgotten food that they won’t refund or re deliver! Happened too many times to myself and definitely won’t be ordering again!

Just ordered a large number of items for a children's party from the app which allowed us to put everything we wanted into the basket. Travelled several miles to collect the order and once I clicked to say that I was at the restaurant immediately only 3 out of the 12 items we had ordered we available. If this was the case, why did it allow us to put the items in the basket in the first place?? To find this out once I had travelled to the restaurant and was in the car park is completely ridiculous and totally unacceptable

fast service, friendly and polite staff, clean establishment.Bring back the quorn burger you did years ago though please that was lush, the veggie burger is ok but definitely not as good as the quorn one you did.

Very long wait for just two burgers delivery orders all being done in front of our order so as many "fast" food restaurants all over you now have to wait for long times.
