Off The Hook fish and chips and pizza

Having used Off The Hook on several occasions, tonight's abomination was the final straw, we will never be using them again. Food arrived almost an hour late. The chicken was like rubber and took every drop of moisture out of our mouths, the battered sausages had little to no batter on them and the chips were so under cooked and white I'm sure that they were just dug up, washed, chopped and put in our boxes. We rang to complain and the horrible manager just started shouting down the phone in his own native language, absolutely disgusted with their attitude after we spent alot on our monthly treat because times are tough all around and we shall never frequent this dump again. Everyone should give this place a very wide berth

Placed an order at 9.13 for delivery the driver arrived at my address at 10.35 . I didn’t answer the door as it was dark and late and it had taken so long for delievery so by this point we wasn’t hungry . The driver then opened my front door and let himself in upon confronting him he said he didn’t mean to but this is not good enough he knew what he was doing by opening my door and looking in my house and then closed the door, I have this all on my camera . Tried calling the shop today to see why he did this yesterday for him to be rude to us and ban us from the shop . So unprofessional and discusting customer service . Avoid at all costs

We have ordered from off the hook several times and every time we have we say ‘never again’. Tonight our delivery was 30 mins late and when we rang we were told the driver was on his way via Witney and the food shouldn’t be ‘too cold’ by the time it got to us. Last time we picked up food the chips appeared to have been re heated and tough and the pie was rock hard inedible. Poor service and poor food. Only surviving cause there are limited options for the locals.

We come regularly for their great pizza. We like the option to add our own toppings. However, the best thing is the service. The man who makes the pizzas is always cheerful and welcoming and goes beyond to give excellent service. We arrived today just as he was about to close but he put the oven back on and stayed open so we did not miss out on our pizza!!

I visited today and very surprised. The fish was lovely. Everything was cooked very well. Yummy!

If you are ever near witney you have to try this chip shop. Staff are amazing and the food is out of this world

Got a kebab then other day, food was great and great value. One thing that stood out was the service, greets me with a smile every time I visit! Recommend to anyone!!

The vegan margarita is absolutely delicious! And the service is so nice!
