Our local chippy, the chips are much better since the people changed. Everything is now cooked better not over done like it used to be. The new people are very nice. The kids meals are very generous.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are good value

Just had the Donner and Chips from here for the first time since the new owners took over, to say i'm displeased is an understatement. The chips were soggy and dripping in fat.The donner meat was so old and crunchy i couldve broke a tooth on it and it had the taste of an old dish washers dregs.It made me feel Sick!I've been going to this chip shop for 15+ years even with all the owner changes. Never have i eaten such horrible food.They have lost me as a customer indefinitely.

Overpriced. Burger had no salad or sauces.Battered sausage was dull and stodgy.

Not friendly staff, no smiles or chat. Chips were very dry and overcooked, brown. The batter on the fish was sponge like. Not what I wanted or paid for. Doubt I'd go back again. Other recent reviews say similar. Very disappointed. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying from there.

Tried to overcharge me and was insistent he wasn't. Eventually refunded overcharged amount. Waited over 20minutes for food and the chips were obviously not fresh and had been refried as they were very crispy and dry. Very disappointing
