Raised in Witney and 22 years after leaving, it’s my first (and only) stop. A cozy boozer that serves fantastic Hook Norton Brewery Beers, great lunches and has a brilliant jukebox. This is the baseline for a proper pub!

A proper pub, with proper ale, and proper pub food! Family run with the friendliest of staff, and whether its a pint after work or a weekend lunch... or an evening out with friends - its always enjoyable x highly recommending the quiz night once a month. Oh, and the schnitzel!

An absolutely lovely tradition pub that concentrates on being a pub and not a restaurant. Ottawa refreshing change to not see a menu and reserved signs on the tables. As an added bonus the beer is excellent. I can highly recommend The Eagle if you’re looking for somewhere to drink and maybe have a snack.

One of the friendliest pubs in Witney. Staff are welcoming and the food is unreal. All of the food is homemade and tastes incredible.

Lovely, welcoming, Hook Norton pub. The sandwiches are absolutely top tier pub sandwiches! Come with really good chips. Food available only Friday and Saturday lunchtimes.

Hook Norton real ale pub with four handpulls. Relaxing place and quality beer. I drank Hook Norton Flagship 5.3. It was "top draw" so I had to ring more. Highly

Has two dart boards, we brought our darts to play although they wouldn’t allow it as they didn’t want to move a table. Just for clarity, a table amongst many others that wasn’t occupied.
