An absolutely lovely tradition pub that concentrates on being a pub and not a restaurant. Ottawa refreshing change to not see a menu and reserved signs on the tables. As an added bonus the beer is excellent. I can highly recommend The Eagle if you’re looking for somewhere to drink and maybe have a snack.

Went for the carols just before Christmas. The pub was packed and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely go again. Hoping to catch a Saturday lunch one day as it always looks amazing

Has two dart boards, we brought our darts to play although they wouldn’t allow it as they didn’t want to move a table. Just for clarity, a table amongst many others that wasn’t occupied.
