Was ok food until I found a BOLT in my kebab. Turns out this is quite a regular thing according to the lady on the phone. In all fairness, it was rectified and got a refund delivered by the delivery driver without any problems. Would definitely go elsewhere in future due to lack of care.

Have ordered before & not had any issues, however today we were missing items from our delivery & the food was cold & soggy. When we called to say we were missing items we were told they items would be along ASAP however after almost 40 minutes they had not arrived so naturally we called again, the man rudely said ‘it’s on its way’ & hung up the phone. We called back again only to be hung up on again this time by a woman. Laughable ? won’t be ordering again, avoid at all costs :)

ordered delivery from here. food was nice until we found a hair in the chicken….rang to see what could be done and as soon as we said there was a hair, he hung up the phone. we proceeded to try to call back but the phone was never answered. so unhygienic & awful customer service. disgusting.

I just wanna say thank you to the people in USA fried chicken last night they were extremely nice despite all the noise the drunken crowd were making and I also want to apologise as I was wearing my earpods to drown out the noise when I ordered my pizza I hope I didn't come across rude.

Wonderful food, wonderful staff, not much more to say. It is rare to enjoy waiting for food but when surrounded by such lovely staff it is difficult to complain. 5 stars all the way
