Greasy food, staff don’t engage, almost through the food at us. Not a great experience, the food was not even worth it

The food was absolutely lovely. Couldn't fault it. We were the only ones in there but that didn't matter to us. Service was great very lovely staff so don't read too much into the trip advisor reviews.

My partner and I went here for some food whilst working at Blenheim palace, well where do I start, we had duck for starters and that was very nice. So thought main course would be lovely. Firstly all our our main dishes didn’t come out together, we had food sat on the table whilst waiting for the rest of the main course, so by the time the rest had come out, everything was cold. Our shredded beef appeared frozen in the middle and the other beef dish was so salty it was impossible to eat! Staff do not speak to you and were waiting a long time for a drink and to order, other customers were walking out because of this. When we approached the waiter about the food and how we could not eat it he was very rude, we should have listened to other reviews on here! I wouldn’t even bother, staff don’t seem to have communication skills or clearly don’t like receiving complaints!

We love the chef imperial and been coming for years. Tasty food always, great service very friendly. Love going for the Sunday lunch all you can eat.

Really enjoyed the food. We went on a Wednesday evening and most of the time we were the only table there. It was very quiet and therefore lacked atmosphere. Will hopefully make it back another time though.

terrible. We ordered Vegetable fried rice. Pretty basic dish. What we got was steamed rice with only a few (Less than 10) vegetables. Waiter was spending more time with take out orders than sit in customers. Maybe they were having a bad night, no cook and short a waiter, but we won't be back

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.I live very close by so I really wanted this to be good. I went about a year and a half ago and was very disappointed. I ordered takeout half a year later hoping to give it another chance, and then I had a meal today. It hasn't improved.All the food had a very strong urine smell (like an uncleaned public toilet) because of their liberal use of poor quality bamboo shoots. The menu is extensive, but it seems like all meals mostly consist of the same thing: Lots of urine bamboo, a ton of thick cut undercooked onion slices, and lots of bean sprouts. This means that every dish is an unappealing beige yellow color, with very few specks of green from a tiny amount of Pok Choi, and a couple of blots of orange from very few carrot pieces. They seem to avoid fresh veg at all costs. Other than this, the meal is served with a watery brown sugary yet bland sauce.I have felt unwell every time after eating here.And it cost way more than it is worth. I would have been much better going to the coop and getting a microwaveable meal.I have no idea how this place is still in business.

The food is excellent with good portion sizes. Depending in how busy they are service can be a bit slow but efficient. The actual restaurant decor is dated. We've been several times because the food makes up for any other shortcomings.
Food was good a bit expensive the restaurant is a bit tired staff seem quite pleasant I had a meal and three beers it came to £33 more food than I could eat

Ribs yesterday meat and re-heat and to tuff and absolutely disgusting and never again spending my money here ever again and definitely the most waste of my money regarding what I spent on my meal tonight for me and my partner on Valentine’s Day take out so I thank you not !!! and definitely will not be spending any money there again. So please feel to do the same it wasn’t acceptable at all !!!!

Amazing food ! All you can eat on the sunday is great ! Freshly cooked and brought to the table once you orderLost a star due to needing more staff , one man running around doing everything. Needs a bit more atmosphere / freshen up and more staff and i will give this 5 stars ! Ordered a take out of garlic chilli chicken another occasion and oh my amazing :)Will definitely be bk !
