Staff is amazing, and together with the high ceiling and nice views, it really makes the afternoon tea a wonderful moment. I recall the food quality used to be slightly better and with more variety a few years back, but tea/coffee/chocolate and food refills is absolutely worth the price.

My partner went there for her birthday, which is valentine's day. From beginning to end the service was brilliant, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, I can only compliment everyone involved. And the birthday card was a lovely touch.I would like to thank everyone.

Had an afternoon tea as part of the Christmas Lights Trail at the Blenheim Palace. We thought that food was average, staff ended up getting our drinks messed up a couple of times and tried to serve us a cocktail that they took away from us 20 minutes earlier (all ice was melted)

Trust the other bad reviews for afternoon tea, very overpriced and underwhelming, taste is bad, portions are bad, quality is bad, service is great but if you are serving S*** then it doesn’t make much difference, for £130 I expected much better, never coming

Absolutely divine food with excellent service, made very welcome from the moment we arrived. First class in fact with a beautiful atmosphere and the whole environment is just perfect. Comfortable seating, table’s nicely laid and spaced out. No one is crammed in and the decor is beautiful. Felt very relaxed and plan to come back again, definitely.

Complete rip off for sandwiches made the day before at another location and defrosted brought in little cakes.

Sleeping Beauty afternoon tea. Looked pretty …. cakes were all sweet - no discernible flavour - although rhubarb roll was nice, scone was bordering on stale - although plenty of cream, sandwich bread was hard. Poor selection of teas - friend ordered mint and it had 4 mint leaves. Service very slow - we had pre-ordered - waitress did not know which tier was which (we ordered both teas) and waiter just ploced drinks without asking and so we each got each others. Whenever we meet up we tend to have afternoon tea - this was high end price wise - BUT definitely one of the worst - pretty bit failed to deliver on taste and quality, service poor.

Well better surroundings than last time we visited . Afternoon tea well overpriced for a really basic offer. Need’s really to up its game. No special menu for vegetarians or even gluten free. Worrying no allergies information. Last time we were there we sat on terrace in small marquees in just after Covid and they offered all the selection. Really disappointing

Great spot if you want to be charged far to much for sandwich's made the day before and brought in defrosted mini deserts. If you are paying that much things should be freshly made not from the day before.
