“Hungry Birds is a wonderful cafe which my wife and I visit whenever we get to Oakham. The food is lovely, my favourites being the Welsh Rarebit and once December arrives the mince pies.The cakes look fantastic ( I personally don’t eat many cakes) and the breakfasts are great.It’s a cafe that gives great, friendly service and very good value for money. Thanks from Ian and JuliaKid-friendliness: I can only say that I’ve witnessed how well young families are looked after when we’ve visited and how happy they’ve looked.We are both retired so haven’t taken children there but would highly recommend this cafe to all families.”
