Ordered a large meal for 6 people for ourselves and our guests. We were not disappointed. The food arrived on time and still nice and hot. The dishes tasted amazing and we will def. be using them again.

Visited this place in search of authentic Indian taste and found best food so far in the UK, the staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend if you are looking for curry dishes

First time ordering from their mobile app and it was great! Ordering system was seamless, food was lovely and arrived right on time. Also love the fact they are offering new customers a discount on their first order but also 15% on every 5th order! You must try this place

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The manager was rude, ignorant and showed an utter disregard to our concerns over the phone, after taking our money and not delivering our order. DO NOT USE.I will add, since the owner has lied in their response, that I can confirm I did not receive my order (animal crossing, or otherwise!) or receive any calls - I called them after my money was taken and order cancelled. I suppose it's difficult to keep track of all of your disappointed customers though when you are dealing with so many. Clearly they have confused me with another aggrieved customer.

Really poor service lately, used to be excellent and have used for a number of years now, however the last 4 orders I have place have been accepted then received a phone call upto 1 hour later advising either no driver to deliver or food will be in excess of 2hours, such a shame that they’ve become so poor.

Well what can I say. We ordered a delivery and as my husband cannot eat coriander we requested his Dopiaza without it. When it arrived it obviously had coriander so he could not eat it. Their website says to advise them of any problems so I contacted them. They offered to send another dish but we had already shared my Chicken Tikka Massala, which was delicious but unfortunately not to my husband's taste, so I advised The Royal Duke not to send it out as we had finished eating. I was then told if I should order again they would put twice the amount of coriander in the dish and put the phone down! We obviously will not use them again and would not recommend anyone else to use them

Don't let the outside of the venue put you off. Kitchen is spotless. Had a takeaway upon friends recommendation. Honey chilli chicken was divine. Loads of meat and an explosion or flavour. Tarka dhall was the best of my life. We ordered that and some gorgeous nan bread. All scrumptious. Generous portions. Enough leftovers for lunch!
