“I counted 6 Indian restaurants in Oakham, so it’s a competitive market place. We had eaten elsewhere before but were recommended this restaurant and to book too. It was very busy when we dined at 7pm on Saturday evening. It’s a cosy and stylish restaurant with superb service from the meet and greet through to all parts of the dining experience. The food menu had some interesting dishes that you rarely see. The lamb starter was excellent with perfectly cooked tender lamb. The chicken vindaloo on the bone was superb with a generous helping of chicken in a hot thick sauce. Splendid! At every stage the service was attentive and it made for a great experience. I can’t wait for the next visit to Oakham to once again visit this lovely restaurant and try some more dishes. It’s a must visit when in Oakham and you ought to book for weekend evenings to ensure you can get a table at the time you need. Well done to all of the service and kitchen teams.”
