Spoke with store manager over a week ago regarding a security guard.Unfortunately, after speaking through concerns with them there was no change.I won't be shopping with this branch anymore or recommending to family & friends due to the creepy security guard.I won't put my self and my children in a position where we feel uncomfortable. Terrible blow for us as asda has the best children's clothes at a reasonable price. The hassle that comes with shopping here just isn't worth it.

What’s happening?- just never any meat - 1 packet of mince on the shelf today - its always empty- you seem to have just given up -Just not the shop it was -Food seems like an after thought and its more non food items - your like a gift shop now that does some food- but it’s definitely not mens clothes that was wiped out if you don’t need jeans or a jacket -Shops the same size but it’s definitely not what it was - i was in today -Sorry am going across the road -

Empty Asda Saturday 21 Oct 2023. Went there walking in rain. Couldn't find anything to buy. All the shelves were wiped out. No fruits, no veggies, no milk. The supply was seriously disturbed. Went again in the morning on Sunday 22 Oct 2023. Some shelves and items were restocked but many items were still missing. Not what i usually experience at Asda. But these are the times when a brand is tested. Hope you recover soon AsDa.

Huge store plenty of choice, but avoid the cafe we went about 1.30 no all day brunch/breakfast no burgers nothing we wanted was available ..I cant imagine a cafe that offers these items running out about 1.30 in the day ...we ended up getting two macaroni ,that was served on paper plates the portion was like a kids meal if not smaller ,it was cold and and like rubber .It did have 1 piece of lettuce and 3 slices of cucumber to distract from the poor macaroni... we also got a chicken burger that again was tiny and on the smallest roll iv seen it also came with 8 chips .. the 3 teas were drinkable..and it only cost £24 ... we should have went to the McDonald's down the stairs, but after travelling all day really wanted a sit down with something nice to eat ..won't make that mistake again ... there was also 2 younger staff members on the ground floor who thought it was ok to laugh and poke fun and a customer behind her back for the clothes she was waring .if we had not been in a rush I'd have said something to management .Will give 3 stars and thats being generous. Wish I had taken photos of the food .we didn't expect anything fancy but for the price at least a decent portion and food to be edible

Really nice store and staff. Had a really bad fall outside on Saturday 23rd Sept. Member of staff CONNOR was very kind. Made sure I was ok,helped me back on my feet, checked my shopping was intact then insisted on staying with me until my grandchildren came to help me home. Went above and beyond,I was very shaken up and so grateful to have such care from a member of staff.

Great range of products, including clothing, linen, automotive, gaming, TVs, toys, stationery, cards, books, as well as an extensive range of groceries. There is a Macdonalds for those of you who are looking for a burger whilst on the 1st floor is the Asda kitchen serving a range hot drinks and food.

Since the take-over and the massive debt it has incurred the customers are paying heavily at the counter. And don't get me started with their so-called loyalty scheme. Which is nothing more than an excuse to hike their prices on a par with their rivals,only thing is they forgot to match their rivals quality.

Large area of land with lavish parking spaces.The shopping mall itself has both ground floor and first floor connected via an escalator.It is a thrilling shopping experience packed with varieties of goods that are essential for daily living.It is worth every penny.
