One of the best decisions I made in Aberdeen was deciding to stop here to kill some time waiting for friends. A very friendly and welcoming bunch, and Scott the barman was hospitable and amazing. You won't regret stopping here for a bit of Scottish cultural immersion and great chat with the locals. (Also the fish and chips next door was fantastic, and I don't often like fish).

My wife and I went here one night during a weekend in Aberdeen. We were staying at the Marriott in Dyce, so decided to stay local on the Friday night. We read that you could order food from the adjacent chip shop, and eat in the pub. We did that, which was good. We were made to feel really welcome by the locals in the bar, and had a really enjoyable couple of hours there. We would recommend a visit if you’re in the area for great fish and chips, and a good atmosphere with some really friendly people. We will return the next time we stay in the area.

The batter on the fish was more hard than crispy so don't think i would have that again but enjoyed the place and service was good
