My wife and I went here one night during a weekend in Aberdeen. We were staying at the Marriott in Dyce, so decided to stay local on the Friday night. We read that you could order food from the adjacent chip shop, and eat in the pub. We did that, which was good. We were made to feel really welcome by the locals in the bar, and had a really enjoyable couple of hours there. Lovely wee place serving fish and chips etc. from adjoining fish takeawaý. Excellent idea combining the two places. Nice to be able to sit in and have a drink. Lovely girl serving and as we were visitors to the area she pointed us in the right direction with regard to buses etc. Great help to us

One of the best decisions I made in Aberdeen was deciding to stop here to kill some time waiting for friends. A very friendly and welcoming bunch, and Scott the barman was hospitable and amazing. You won't regret stopping here for a bit of Scottish cultural immersion and great chat with the locals. (Also the fish and chips next door was fantastic, and I don't often like fish).
