Service was a little on the slow side bearing in mind there weee very few diners in. However staff were polite and cheerful.
Food was tasty, desserts were lovely although the tiramisu was still frozen

To be sat at a table and have to wait over 10-15mins for all staff members to ignore you and then start serving people that arrived AFTER you is very poor service!!!!????

I was very disappointed in my visit tonight as my pasta was cold parmasan never even melted on it we think it was manager she was lovely but some of the other staff weren’t to freindly who served us. Falkirk branch was a lot better specialy food and staff

Beautiful vegan meals,especially the hot dog,I did think the vegan milk shake was very nice but I did think ,they should have had a little more ice cream in it

we were served by Lara and she is a credit to your restaurant. also if anyone has any allergies the care and attention to detail is second to none, we felt well cared for and very safe
Service excellent but both our burgers came in buns that were far from fresh . Surely not too much to ask for fresh bakery produce . Burger itself was fine as was our fries

Decent, reasonable gluten free menu too. I do wish the waitress didn't pester me as often about food, and it was a bit odd that she called me \\\"sir\\\" (I'm not a bloke!) But otherwise OK.
