I was very disappointed in my visit tonight as my pasta was cold parmasan never even melted on it we think it was manager she was lovely but some of the other staff weren’t to freindly who served us. Falkirk branch was a lot better specialy food and staff
we were served by Lara and she is a credit to your restaurant. also if anyone has any allergies the care and attention to detail is second to none, we felt well cared for and very safe

Service was a little on the slow side bearing in mind there weee very few diners in. However staff were polite and cheerful. Food was tasty, desserts were lovely although the tiramisu was still frozen
