Put an order in at 18:35 kept on getting different delivery times. Anyway got to 20:00 and decided to call the takeaway. And wouldn't you know they didn't even have the gaul to answer the phone. Crap service. Used the txt service on just eat and got a message back saying it would be delivered at 20:15. Still waiting. Wouldn't be so bad if they at least answered the phone to give me info on my order but no. Safe to say I won't be using them again and if any of my friends ask for a recommendation FUSION will not be one of them...... now 20:30 and they finally answer the phone. Only to be told your order is on its way. I wasn't even finished speaking and they hung up the phone. Finally recieved it at 21:05.

Absolutely horrific. don't order from this "Chinese"food took an age to be delivered.Had to reheat food in the microwave.All the meat was questionable, cheap, chewy and tasteless.And the most pathetic little bag of chips you've ever saw in your life.won't go near this joint again.zero stars.

I used to order from fusion a few years ago.... when it was good. I ordered shredded chilli crispy beef, satay skewers ,chips and a coke. Beef was still raw it wasnt crispy no flavour. The satay skewers had a rubbery feel and the sauce was watery. The chips were also half cooked on a plus side the coke tasted like coke. Thankfully, will never order again a shame it was an amazing takeaway sadly not now.

Surprised at the low ratings from others, ive had food from here many times and its always been exceptional. The munchie boxes are a mountain of food for a great price and you can pick from a larger selection! Nom nom!

Tried to phone in a £70 order Sun 14th May 23, not able to pay with card over the phone, cash only on delivery. Obviously DODGING THE TAXMAN!!!

I ordered Lemon Chicken today for my Christmas dinner and it was shockingly BAD !!! The portion size was so small it barely filled half the container and the Lemon sauce was like wallpaper paste. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’ll be calling them tomorrow to complain ???

I do eat from here occasionally, never had any issues with the orders.Food can be a bit expensive but it is delicious.Was nice they also provided some free prawn crackers along with the orders!
Honestly the best chinese ive tasted.. very reasonable prices and decent portions.

Use fusion many times and regarded it as one of the best .Don't know if they have a new chef but prawns in batter not crisp ,soaked in grease . Other food was not great slso .
