Just ordered for delivery, 1xbacon roll \\u00261x sausage bun\\nAbsalutly dreadful,both were cold sauage was the smallest iv ever seen ,also they were not fresh,you just know when something was cooked yesterday and reheated.must add we had 2x small orange juices this order cost £6.80 ...£8.79...what a dam cheek

Really great service \\u0026 I forgot my new bike tyre but after I noticed in Boots, i ran back round cos it shut at 5pm. They were still there after closing time cos I'd left my tyre.

Very rude shop assistant named Tori at the Aberdeen trinity centre , not frendly , I noticed she rolled her eyes to the customer before me , very loud voice , this is not the customer service We are expecting. Anyway its my favourite sandwich shop. Love the baguette and coffee deal

I love the chicken tandoori baguette. But actually, everything tastes very good there. I like the fact that they have different prices. The sit-in price is higher. With the take-away price, you save around 30 pence to about £1.30. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

I really don’t know how those people are getting hired in there. Staff with so bad oral hygiene..then I went yesterday to get something for breakfast and the lady who came to the till put her finger in her mouth front of me. Put me down so I change mind and did not order anything cause I knew they don’t wear gloves and she’ll touch my breakfast with her dirty hands. Disgusting. Not even 1star

Greggs is Greggs, there's food. Most of the time it's warm hehe
2 members of staff very pleasant and hard working get 5 stars. One star only because Jennifer the other member of staff was so rude to me on Friday 20/7/18 at 3.15 pm. Someone had put a full bag of doughnuts on a table. The shop was'nt busy so I advised Jennifer the bag had been sitting there about 20 minutes. Her answer was "Nothing I can do about that ". then went through to back shop. It would have been so easy for someone to sit at the table and then walk out with the bag. I advised one of the pleasant members of staff and they happily removed it. As I was leaving Jennifer gave me such a look. Very first time I have felt the need to complain about any of Greggs staff. This one has an attitude problem.
