Give this place a bodyswerve you have pretty much no chance of getting what you ask for, the staff who don't seem to understand English have no idea what the difference between olives and sweetcorn peppers and gherkins asked for two basics from the menu and couldn't even get that right.

Sub was lovely but the shop is looking very battered. The upstairs is no longer a seating area leaving hardly anywhere to sit in and on this day the drinks machine was out of gas bit wasn't informed as such until after taking cup drinks and ending up with flat, flavoured water.

Very slow service and virtually no talking from the staff.Watched 2 members of staff out front of the shop standing in a bin to jam the rubbish on. Went back into the shop and went straight behind the counter to serve. Will never be back in. Will look out the photo I took of them and re-post it.

Unfortunately staff are unaware off hygiene and food regulations as ginger headed lad in airdrie picks nose don't wash hands picks knives up puts back not wear a hat or hair net then as can't see something he like it right there in front of u even though he got cubs stacked 3ft high to save him coming back to refill obv to save time not to wash anyway in future will ise diff subway not want free sweat after hands down trousers thanks for offer and arrogance

Dont answer phones and Communicate with customers regarding orders and if there is a problem there is no one to Resolve the issue... due to not answering the phone.

Frustratingly slow service and poorly prepared food.I was fourth in the queue today, yet waited twenty minutes to be served. I noticed that it's because the JustEat orders seem to have priority over the physically waiting customers in store. Just when I thought I was next, I noticed three JustEat receipts lying on the counter, all of which were processed first.The food was also a mess. The roll was barely cut and instead basically ripped open, so the resultant sandwich was full of tears for the contents to spill from. It wasn't enjoyable.

Even with 3 staff serving we had to queue in shop for 30+ minutes to be served. Must have a high turnover of staff as every week there's a new face being trained. Some staff don't seem to know how to allow us to pay for food with the accrued points either. Shambles really

Subway is good and the food is essentially what you want it to be. Prices have soared but that is how the times are. Staff always excellent.

Ordered through JustEat. Received herb and cheese bread toasted BMT. The bread was dark and overcooked and solid, couldn't eat it! Tried calling but just rang out. Pretty bad service

Ordered and paid for extra sweet onion sauce but didn’t get any ! Always asked for both pots of meatballs without cheese and jalapeños but both pots came with cheese and jalapeños. Why bother if no one reads the details ?

Absolute shambles in Airdrie qued for ages for 1 footlong standing in a shop for at least half an hour 45mins, told there's no enough chicken for a footlong that they'd have to go all the way to the back of the shop for it my god how hard could that be!!!!! The footlong for my daughter wasn't even cut pure joke ! Get new staff. Airdrie subway can sook a fart ? Choosing who's to wear a mask and who's not ! Won't be back
