Frustratingly slow service and poorly prepared food.I was fourth in the queue today, yet waited twenty minutes to be served. I noticed that it's because the JustEat orders seem to have priority over the physically waiting customers in store. Just when I thought I was next, I noticed three JustEat receipts lying on the counter, all of which were processed first.The food was also a mess. Even with 3 staff serving we had to queue in shop for 30+ minutes to be served. Must have a high turnover of staff as every week there's a new face being trained. Some staff don't seem to know how to allow us to pay for food with the accrued points either. Shambles really

Sub was lovely but the shop is looking very battered. The upstairs is no longer a seating area leaving hardly anywhere to sit in and on this day the drinks machine was out of gas bit wasn't informed as such until after taking cup drinks and ending up with flat, flavoured water.
