Terrible. Don't know why they won best chippy in West Dunbartonshire. Terrible portions for the price and undercooked food. waited 10 minutes in the shop for chips even though i ordered a pick up 10 mintues before leaving the house. Hope someone else takes it over soon or at least Daniel hires new staff to bring it to the standard it used to be because the two girls at the counter don't have a clue....

Waiting time 1hour 30 minutes food was cold sauce all over bag that in its self made food dry plus the wrong order I wanted chips n donner meat with salad and sauce I got couple chips donner n cheese onions n a half slice of tomato I also asked for salad on another meal with NO tomato got onions n half slice of tomato vegetable pakora NO sauce no option to purchase separate

Just ordered tonight waited 1 hour 15 minutes food was cold not be back again

Late again only 25 minutes this time and cold. I used a food thermometer and the fish probed at 46.7. only thing that was still warm was the separate potion of chips. The order was in an insulated bag so I don't know why thing we're so cold. It's a shame I used to really like this take away but enough is enough I won't use them again unless I go into the shop myself.

Had a fish, chips and a King rib.I asked Ito cooked a certain way and he obliged me.The menu is varied they do pizza also. Food was nice!

Ordered twice now first time wrong order arrived second time pizza was delivered on its side so cheese was all of it so I'm afraid no 3rd time Hi in respo d to your answer I don't like being accused of lying the pizza was definitely handed to me out the bag the wrong way up she handed me it by the sealed end and I know you gave me another pizza but my chips and the rest of item were by then cold oh and also the girl sid that was the way yous put the pizza in bag so one of yous are lying
