We arrived very early in the morning after driving through the night. It was quiet yet the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Toilets were also very clean.

This isn’t the first time this has happened but.. Via the My Mcdonalds app they allow you to get food delivered. So no issues with getting an order. But what they don’t tell you is. Once you’ve placed your order, it gets stuck on order received for a good hour or so and then they go oh sorry it got canceled. I also find it strange they let you order still despite when you go on the Uber Eats app and they say no drivers available. I’m honestly tired of this happening and would be more appreciated if they actually told you from the beginning that it’ll more likely be canceled due to having no drivers available. But no they insist making you wait a good hour or so and cancel your order. Thanks McDonald’s love getting my time wasted as usual.

This place was okay but bit disappointing food was okay, no toilet paper in the dispenser glad they had napkins tee,hee.when getting a cup of tea I found there was a split tea bag in my cup so asked for another and waited about 10 minutes but the customer service assistant did apologise when replacing the cup of tea when she returned with the replacement tea. Also the food was okay and didn't have to wait long for it.
Don't think I've ever received a correct order from this drive through..Just got home to helensburgh 2 large chips missing and the one we did get half full, no straws and no sauce , no car parking space to stop and check order so that's not an

These guys on 2 occasions have sadly made errors on my order. The first was when I ordered chicken nuggets only to discover when I arrived home there was no dips.The second they were asked to make the burger with no gherkins and yep you guessed it what the burger had.My advice is that you need check your order carefully here as their is a risk it will be incomplete or wrong!

Went for breakfast with the family. Food hygiene unfortunately a bit low - found a pice of hair in the hash brown unfortunately. Otherwise the staff appeared friendly with lots of parking space even when busy.

The self ordering system didn't provide a receipt the order was wrong food was cold by the time it was corrected no sense of urgency about correcting the service error it was noisy and disruptive by a bunch of adolescent males causing mayhem from Meadowbank sports stadiumWorst macdonalds and eating our experience I've ever had anywhereI definitely would not go back !

Arrived at 00.20, went through drive through, asked for two regular latte's. After we payed for them we left the car park, not realising that we had the wrong order...we we're given two coffee's on which tasted disgusting... Will not be back...
