Went in the drive-through tonight for Friday night takeaway and the place looked very badly understaffed but a young lad with ginger hair on the drive-through window was running everything smoothly. Order came out hot, delicious, correct, and in good time. Hats off to him for keeping his cool under the heavy pressure of a flood of customers this busy time of night and handling all the orders pretty much on his own whilst his teammates man the also busy restaurant floor and just eat delivery orders. Can't imagine being that orderly and organised at that age. Very impressed!

The service was extremely slow. I was at the till waiting to be served for ages before even being acknowledged that I was there. Once my order was taken, the food came out really quick. The food was really nice. The person taking orders moaned continuously during my visit, and could be heard to be saying the F word. All of the seating areas were closed off, so I had to go passed chairs blocking the seating area to sit down. There was a pile of swept up rubbish left in the middle of the floor with a sweeping brush next to it. The brush was taken away and the rubbish left, and remained there for the duration of my visit.

Changed delivery time 3 times ,took 2 hours to get my food ,advertising 35 to 40 min ,if they had been honest ,I could have Got a macdonalds , never

Fairly typical KFC. Pretty fast service given the time of night.
Me and my friend like going to KFC the food is great we usually get a meal for one.Parking: There is plenty of places to park a lot of people go to the drive inKid-friendliness: There is usually a lot of kids in the restaurant.

Leaving one star as it’s not possible to give zero. Sent wrong order out, 60 attempts at phoning in only to be told they can’t rectify it. Utterly useless.
