Order via Just Eat. Delivered minus 1 burger. Went to try and get it at the restaurant only to be told I have to get a refund.Just eat were not responsible for the missing item, the staff at the restaurant were. This is the second time I have something missing from an order from Alloa. The other burgers were not as advertised as there was no onions or sauce. A very poor service all round apart from Just eat they delivered ok.Not acceptable from McDonalds.Whoever has the franchise should have a close look at this establishment.

Ordered on line and short of Big Mac. Told by duty manager to call UBER eats. Now have to wait 15 days for a refund?Told by management that they don’t have the technology to call back the drivers? Don’t understand why the driver would be making up the order? Muppets! Do yourself a favour and avoid this excuse of a fast food outlet in Alloa. Couldn’t care less attitude and blame everyone else for their lack of oversight when fulfilling order.

Philly stack comes with crispy and grilled onions according to tv ad, someone needs to tell the staff in alloa, been twice, no onions on either occasion and burger was cold latest visit ?♂️
