I ordered a medium kebab with extra salad and Chilli sauce this is what I got it's not a pitta bread it's a big thick bit of bread a teaspoon of sauce salad was fine so was meat when I called to complain I was told he made it himself he put lots of salad and sauce on and that the sauce of bread was new pitta I was laughed at and basically told f off I will be posting this all over social media and every review platform I can I will also be coming into the shop tomorrow to return it and get my 10 pound bk absolutely vile man rude unhelpful with no remorse I've used this shop for years and never been treated like this see you all tomorrowParking: No

Absolutely rank rotten. Would stay well clear! Offered me a ‘square go’ when I complained about my order and they couldn’t help. Got full refund from JustEat though and the foods lying on the pavement for whenever they want to come and pick it up. ???♂️ no even the wildlife out there will eat that so it’ll still be there. ?

Passed this place today and member of staff was clearing human waste from the doorway to the side. Absolutely disgusting..small cardboard sign on pavement stating "sewage".. he was sweeping it onto the pavement..when we walked back, pavement was all covered in excrement.. felt bad for the shops either side..not a nice sight.

Ordered 2 pizzas, I live 2 miles away and waited 1 hour 10 mins to then discover my pizza is cold I haven't bothered phoning up, just won't be back

Ordered food at 10.30 at night and never recieved anything despite me phoning the place and only getting through to someone when they bothered to answer the phone to be told "it's just left the store now" 3 times. Went to get a refund the today and the staff weren't interested in anything I had to say and completely ignored me when talking to them. Will definitely never order from here again.

Ordered food and it never arrived. The restaurant closed at 11 but my food was to be delivered by 11.30. So no one would answer the phone when the eta had passed. £20 paid and I now have to wait 5-7 days on a refund from just eat.

Second time to be let down by our old favourite in 2 months. This time wrong pizzas delivered, tried to call but phones were off so we took them back and they promised to correct the order (once they checked the order so knew what it was). We left with our order (without checking as assumed they had checked before making it would be fine) got home and only one pizza was correct and the cheese is off. So sad as this was our favourite place as it done good pizzas and genuinely the best kebabs but has gone way down hill, service is poor and quality of what you're getting is terrible.
