Omg! Just NO. A 45 minute wait for this??? Shahi paneer - paneer was definitely not fresh, sauce had absolutely no flavour at all. Bland, bland, bland. Chicken Tikka Vindaloo was disgusting - really greasy, not remotely spicy and had the strangest sauce ever. Rice was edible but only just. Hugely disappointing. Would not recommend and there’s no way I’d ever order from them again!

Phoned an order and was told 30 minutes, went down and had to wait another 30 minutes in the shop.Food order was average with the butter masala very bland, plenty pakora to start, 3 poppadoms which is good but the main, wrong rice also given, was a bit watery and tasteless.Friendly helpful lass behind the counter who seemed to be doing loads of work so maybe understaffed.Average at best. Just my opinion.

We've used Shaans numerous times over the years but last few times have been really disappointing. Chicken tikka meal tonight was very dry and looked like someone had already been nibbling at it ? Def not good value for money ?

100% the BEST place in alloa, Food is great! I had the Donner hoagie really delicious! Chicken pakora is amazing and the Pizza’s are great ? Staff is always friendly 10/10 experience!! We will definitely be back

Had a special kebab and it was. A pizza box crammed with all the delicious meats, served on a Naan. First visit but will be back. Bhuna sauce on the side which was so tasty.
Really disappointed which is a shame as was looking forward to enjoying a nice meal. I ordered from set meal deal and can't fault the portion sizes however the pakora sauces tasted really watery. Was hard to differentiate between the Chasni and Masala. Prices are good value but was looking for a bit more flavour which was lacking unfortunately ?.

I really enjoyed the vegetable pakora but the only disappointment was that the pakora was only luke warm I could understand it if I had to go a distance with it but I'm only 2 streets away from it so couldn't understand why it wasn't still piping hot the service was fantastic and quick the young woman on the counter was really pleasant and friendlyParking: Parking right outside the take awayWheelchair accessibility: Can get a wheelchair in without any problems
